The Buffalo Girls Association of Northern Kentucky is a not-for-profit organization that was "roughly" established in April of 1998 by a few girls left behind when the men went camping on their stag.
We still had a couple of trucks and trailers left here at home, so we decided to make our own FUN. We went to East Fork State Park because it was close, in case we were needed at home. It poured down rain and we had a BLAST!
Now, those five girls have developed into a group of 26 women ranging in age from 23 to 80, known as The Buffalo Girls! That's a lot of ESTROGEN flying around, but we somehow manage to keep everyone in check.
We share a common love of horses, trail riding, camping and building fulfilling and lasting friendships. Boy, if the campfires could talk, wouldn't we be in trouble!
Our Mission
To benefit our community by providing challenging, fun events in which we learn from one another and grow together to become independent as a club.
